Our happy days of not worrying about letting bananas ripen for banana bread on the countertop and our ever rotating composting days are over. Measures must be taken.

- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- A small bowl

- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and secure it with a rubber band.
