O.M.G!!! Sometimes a hack just changes your life! This is one of those for me. I bought TEN POUNDS of frozen chicken breasts. Stuffed them in the instant pot with a cup of water. Pressed “Poultry.” Left them for a couple hours to do other things. Came back. Opened. Hand blended.

Do it! Then go play cuz easy dinners are on your horizon! You have all the time you need and all the peace of mind you’ve been searching for to do all those things you wish you had time for.💞
I freeze in both individual and family portions and just pull out the size I need for whatever meal I’m prepping.
